Reviews
"This location is horrible. Very understaffed, drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building and they often have a sign taped to the door that the inside is closed due to short staff. The staff is also very rude which im assuming is because they're over worked considering they're so short staffed. Monica is not so nice!"
"Great small Starbucks in Chinatown. Friendly employees & clean store. Not many places to sit, but there were several people waiting for their orders & it wasn't cramped in there. Service was average for Las Vegas standards, but very slow compared to the speed of many Los Angeles area Starbucks."
"on mobile orders, if you've ordered food you have to tell them because they'll only bring you your drinks."
"I've been to many Starbucks coffee shops and this one is by far the worst. 1. The store has reduced its indoor area and feels very depressing. 2. Three small baby tables with 4 chairs. 3. After your drink is finished, the waiters are like dumb, they won't call your name but they will chat with each other. 4. There are no customers in the room, I don't know what they are busy with. The responsibility for the negligence of employees towards customers lies with the training of store managers. P. S. I just came back from Seattle last week. Maybe the waiters in this store should also go to your headquarters to see how other Starbucks coffee stores serve."
