"A taste of LA in Vegas, Issan style. “Issan” style hails from the northern part of Thailand and is known for spicy, bold flavors with your favorite proteins. I was excited to get a taste of Night + Market after reading and seeing videos of its LA counterpart. Had a chance to try many dishes. Family style is championed here so dining with a group is a great time and harkens to fond memories being with friends and family. And you get to order lots of options! There’s also an extensive cocktail and spirits selection and plenty of wine options where they encourage you to buy whole bottles. The food lends itself to being “drinking” food to be enjoyed while having some adult beverages. Good food, good drinks and good company. Can’t ask for much more!"
"If I could give six stars, I would. The atmosphere and interior is very beautiful and nicely decorated, inviting and warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was the most amazing part of our visit, and we are so glad it was. The flank steak satay was to die for, the oysters were so good we could have sat there all night and ate every oyster they had, and the crab wontons had an excellent sauce and were very flavorful. We are excited to come back and try some of their entrees. We were just grabbing a few small bites before a show."
"Overall: 4.3/5 (dine in) Night+Market is located inside the Virgin Hotel. It has a nice bar area while the table has a flower top which gives off a Hawaiian feel. I recommend eating family style here which worked well for our group of 4. There's a lot of potential for this place but the high prices is off-putting for the quality/quantity of food we're getting. However, the drinks are really good and better than The Bar at the Commonclub. Thai Boxing Chicken ($18): The BBQ chicken thighs were really tender & had subtle flavors. You can dip it in 'jaew' northeastern chili dip and sweet & sour chicken sauce which compliments the chicken & gives it an extra boost of flavor. Crispy Rice Salad ($18): This salad was a super umami bomb, probably due to the soured pork. I liked it but couldn't eat too much of it because the flavors were too strong. Pad See Ew Gai ($19): Pretty basic. Garlic Green Beans ($17): Flavors were pretty good but it's definitely not worth $17. Thai Martini ($17): Apparently there's lychee flavored Tito's Vodka so I got this drink to try it. The martini was good but none of the flavors really stood out including the lychee. Old Fashion ($18): A well done Old Fashion but nothing unique about it. Spicy Papl Daiquiri ($18): This wasn't on their menu but it was offered to my friend since they ran out of the grapefruit ingredient to make the paloma. It was actually the best drink of the 3 I tried and very different from what you would expect from a daiquiri. It was strong and not overly sweet."
"The food at Night + Market is excellent. The pastrami noodles are absolutely delicious...one of the best foods in the world. I didn't think it would be as good as it is, but it is. Lol The egg rolls are also really enjoyable. They do have a spicy kick to them, but nothing that kills you (in my opinion). I keep craving this place, but we don't live that close to it and always forget about it. I still highly recommend eating here."
"When it comes to Vegas food, everything is the best! You can almost pick a place at random and get a bang for your buck. This basically what happened here when we stopped at Night + Market. Although its pricey, you at least get your moneys worth! The food isn't too commercialized and the flavors of every dish was bold and savory! Us Asian people like salty and heavily seasoned food so don't expect anything light here. Expect to get full to soak up all the liquor. I'm not a big fan of hotel restaurants but this one definitely stands out and stands strong with flavor!"
