Circle K

"Am manager terrible attitude, how I was spoken to, by her and then the employee, to get me to go to a automatic checkout, instead of one operated by an employee. I stopped coming to this location in the morning a month or two ago, because I heard her same tone and attitude toward another customer. Apparently circle k, does not care anymore, because they're more interested in stocking and turning items on the floor like muffins and cigarettes at 7:00 am in the morning, then getting customers out the door and collecting their money. Or this is just another example of a poor management decision. This is now the second unpleasant experience I've had at this location, will now be my last. If you want to know why nothing has changed, because the owner clearly doesn't care, just look at the responses on the reviews. Not one response to any bad experience in that store like hey folks sorry about that we're going through some growing pains like every business. Please come back and try us again"

"Ever time I go in to get gas or buy coffee which I am regular. The manager has no sense of customer service and treats me like a thief . Mind you I go to gas or buy my coffee. He needs retraining in treating ALL Human Being equal."

"Last week, April 2023, I pulled in here because the large sign outside advertised gas at $3.59 (cash) - $3.69 (credit) but when I turned the pump on, there was no reading of that price, just an empty window. So I filled up anyway although I couldn't verify what actual price I was paying. Then my receipt said $4.29 - that's premium gas at a premium price. Inside the clerk "couldn't do anything" and suggested I return tomorrow to speak with Ari (?) the manager ....Right.... No big loss of money but that's false advertising and poor service to a legitimate customer complaint. I'm sure it was a "technical problem.""

"This is a massive circle k. They have my quest protein cookies that I can’t find anywhere. Yaaas! Good gas prices and the clerks are super nice. They even complimented me on my joker shirt. (We just got back from magic mountain). Simple things like that make this store great."

"This location is very clean and huge. Its cross streets are blue Diamond and Durango. Big selection of everything. 16 pumps for gas. Staff is friendly and greeted as we walked in."
