"Best mac n cheese I've ever had. You can tell they use real cheeses, and lots of it. The chicken & waffles is a healthy portion and the maple syrup really compliments it. The vegan egg sausage muffin had great flavor, highly recommend getting it with a side of chipotle aioli. Strawberry lemonade was sweet and sour, very refreshing. The coffee (Kuro-Goma) was smooth and full of toasty flavor. Vegan options are great for food and drinks. The owner is super passionate about his establishment and served us himself."

"Delicious little place for breakfast, sandwiches, bagels and even crepes as well as much more. Delicious coffees brewed on the spot. Breakfast and lunch served all day from 7:30 AM To 3:00 PM I think is correct. Great location inside the medical building."

"Wonderful dishes that change seasonally. Definitely worth the visit came on a fluke but do not regret any decisions. The music made us feel welcome. Staff made us feel at home. They even surprised us with a birthday drink. I think it's a birthday drink. Definitely a destination and worth coming back. We'll be back soon."

"Located downtown, The Parlour has delicious food with nice presentation. The staff was friendly and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. I ordered the avocado toast and it was excellent. My friend ordered the salmon benny and it was huge. We didn’t try the coffee but my strawberry mimosa was a perfect balance of juice and champagne. Prices are very reasonable for the portions you get. I will definitely be back."
