"I really Like this shop they are professional clean and honest. Did I mention thorough. They are very very detail oriented. I respect and appreciated the service I received. Literally went to get tires installed they evaluated my entire car for me and that was really impressive."
"Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Got my oil changed here and then ran my new truck in to the light pole when they’re parking it. Took them the estimate for repairs and they didn’t want to pay for it said it was to high. Wanted me to take it to their preferred repair place. Bumper medic. Ended up have to go through my insurance. Place is a joke of a business."
"Excellent service here by every individual I encountered. They were honest and respectfully explained and answered any questions I had. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes while they had numerous cars already there. I’m impressed with the professionalism here. Quality service you don’t find nowadays. Thank you again!"
"I dropped my car off at 7:30 am. At 4:30pm, when following the phone prompt and pressing 1 to find out the status, I was put on hold for 25…the first time. Called back, same thing. I got an Uber and when I ask the guy why I was put on hold he said he was busy. Then he wanted to argue with me because I called (at almost one hour before closing) to check on my car. He then said, I’ll put everything back together and you can have the car back with no work done. 1. If you’re that busy, don’t answer the phone in the first place. 2. Don’t have the option on the phone to check the status if you don’t want people calling. 3. Don’t tell me that you knew it was me by caller id and still refuse to talk to a paying customer. 4. If you can’t take 15 seconds to answer a CUSTOMER question, consider finding a less “stressful” job. There’s a reason the word customer comes before service. Aim higher next time. But I guess when you’re that low the only place to go is higher."
