"We were here day after new years (Jan 2nd) about 4:45 am checking into our hotel. As a Starbucks employee was arguing with an old lady in a wheel chair. Even yelling. Was excessively rude. It was very unbecoming to witness that anyone would treat a handicapped old lady in this manner. Or any person this way. We’re never coming back to this Starbucks ever again. Too unprofessional for our liking.."
