"Left my Jeep with them for a week for it to be aligned. Picked it up and all they did was set toe with the steering wheel 90 degrees to the right. The mechanic told me the steering wheel will never be straight and that’s the best they can get it. Within 20 minutes I straightened it myself. No other adjustments were made during the alignment and I was told they would need to fabricate a new suspension to align it. It is all brand new Clayton off-road parts so that statement was completely absurd. Came to an agreement with Dustin that since no work was performed I would receive a refund. It’s been almost a month and still have not received a refund. They are not only incompetent but thieves as well and will waste your time."
