"There are so many options to Car Battery purchases in the Las Vegas area. Being a man in my 60's and suffering from a severe hernia, I selected Advance because although it was a little bit more expensive, with the purchase, they offered installation. I order the Battery online as well as paying for it before showing up. I get to the location on E Tropicana and explained to the lady at the desk that I would like the battery installed. She proceeds to tell me that there's nobody there on Sundays to install. She did tell me that she would try but really wasn't comfortable installing one. Now, is this just poor scheduling?"

"The young salesman at this location refused to abide by store policy and accept a return for unopened items that I had bought these items earlier today."

Immediately tried for a return since item was not customized for my vehicle.We were not getting along because one of the two called me rude, after I walked in and begin to shop the store. My understanding is that these employees like to interact with those that placate them and act submissively towards their demands without respecting the customer's wishes to be left alone as they shop alone without their assistance."
