Domino's Pizza 2520 South Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89109

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Domino's on Maryland Parkway, warranting no more than a one-star review. The issue began with a delivery mishap; despite waiting outside my apartment for my order, the delivery driver never appeared. However, when I called the store to inquire, the situation took a turn for the worse. The manager on duty was not only disrespectful but also completely disregarded my concerns. He insisted that the driver had shown up and, as a result, my order was canceled. He then told me I would need to place a new order to receive any food. This situation was particularly frustrating because the funds used for the initial order were the last I had allocated for food. The manager's unwillingness to listen or empathize with my situation only added insult to injury. His argumentative stance and incompetence in addressing and rectifying the situation left me hungry and without any resolution. It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer service and management skills, especially in situations where understanding and flexibility are needed the most."

"This is my second time ordering carry out at this location. Service is horrible and have to wait over an hr to receive your food. Two stars because it’s fresh when I get it but overall y’all need to work on better service and timing. Never had to wait an hr for pizza. Sad Won’t be coming back!"

"Today I placed an order for pick up through the app. It was for a total of four pizzas. I had specifically selected no garlic seasoning on the crust for all four pizzas. When I drove home Two of the pizzas from my order had the garlic seasoning. I immediately called the store, made them aware of their mistake and they offered to remake the two pizzas, But I had to wait in additional 15 to 20 minutes. Keep in mind at this point the pizzas were ordered to feed my family who was already hungry and had to wait additional time for their mistake. Furthermore, I was told by the worker that I had to return the pizzas that they had messed up on. So, no compensation for the customer whatsoever for the time and gas wasted. This is really upsetting I go to this location due to it, being the closest one near me, and this mistake happens more than once."

"This store is beyond unprofessional. I ordered my original order that I always order. They failed to deliver it on time which made my food cold by the time they deliver it they told me I will be able to get credited for the unsatisfying pizza. Plus they forgot my dipping sauce for my cinnamon bread, when I called a week later, they had told me that nothing was saved under my number so that I couldn’t get credited for the piece of that they deliver after two hours then I just said forget it I’ll order and guess what they forgot my soda and the dipping sauce again, I called back to let him know About the situation and that this happened last week that’s why I was credited the pizza in the sauce I asked to speak to the manager The color placed for 20 minutes and never came to the phone. Also when I asked for the manager the first time he failed to give me his name. He said that he didn’t give out his name even though he was the GM of the store. This was so horrible I felt like I was, the problem when I just wanted my order corrected. I hope they read these reviews and get it together. Worse Domino in Vegas?"
