"Convenient location at Camino El Norte and W Ann Rd. We opted for drive up located in back of parking lot. Menu was well posted. Micheal was cheerful, patient and professional in taking our order. The wait was under 5 mins for pick up. They were well organized and efficient."

"I prefer this Starbucks, then the one on Martin Luther King in Lake Mead this one I’m more comfortable with at times it might mess up your order but if you get out of your car and calmly talk with them, they will help you don’t ever get out of your car and be aggressive because you will get the same thing back in return aggressiveness"

"To wait 40 minutes for 2 coffees that were never made is insane & for their manager to say “it hasn’t been 40 minutes” when I acknowledged I had been waiting for 40 minutes is also crazy. I ordered my drinks at 10:24 and left at 11:04, if we know how to do proper math that is… 40 minutes, correct? As a person who purchases Starbucks on a daily basis I won’t be returning to this location."

Always recommend coming to this location for great coffee, teas, cake pops, and frappucinos! I advice ordering iced coffees, teas, or drinks with light ice or no ice to save a bit of money. Always entered to find a welcome atmosphere, friendly smiles, and excellent customer service!"
