"My husband and I go here about once or twice a week and the service and drinks are always great. During peak hours they do struggle sometimes because it can get REALLY busy, which can increase wait times to 30 minutes instead of the usual 3-5 minutes, but that's a staffing issue, even when busy they are often kind and efficient. We always see Kailey and she makes us feel welcomed and remembers our orders and names:) Overall, great Starbucks, and it's why it has become a regular weekly treat."

"The staff in this branch work so hard, they have always reached my needs and ALWAYS with a smile! I don't think alot of customers give these people enough credit or respect. The recipes some people expect them to do are ridiculous! Give them a break. A thank you goes a long way so, thank you!"

"I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations. This particular one could use some work. I arrived at 7am, made my order at the counter. 2 min later I received my food. They then proceeded to only make drive thru drinks an mobile orders for the next 20 min.. just because the drive thru line was long an constant. That should not be how it’s done and if this is a SOP of Starbucks that should be changed. It was so apparent what was happening the barista wouldn’t or couldn’t even look me in the eyes. She knew I had waited longer and anyone else who walked in to order waited longer than. Everyone else. My pastries went cold my drinks where fine but damn."
