"Friendly staff that get to know your order fast, help you customize and keep a good conversation. If there is a Starbucks promotion they will tell you up front and usually have it both earlier, and keep it longer than other true Starbucks locations. Staff are trained well enough for the standard menu but if you know the ingredients to some secret menu item they happily make it for you and charge the right price. This is the Starbucks that I will keep going to."
