"We are at one month of waiting for this company to repair our broken down appliance. Almost 2 weeks ago we were told that they were waiting for a part. We were told that week the part would arrive. A week later we heard nothing back yet and after calling them back they told us the part finally came in. They told us if they were not able to come out the following Monday they would do their best to make it before the weekend. I never heard from the company before or even after the weekend. I tried calling with yet again no answer after a few times. I would not recommend this company for service on your appliances."

"I had to use Richards Maytag for my Lowes extended warranty coverage. I had an appointment scheduled and took the day off work for it. They never showed up. No call, no notice, nothing. I made a 2nd appointment, My son was here for the appointment. The technician came, took the washing machine apart, told my son he did not have the right parts to fix it and left. They said they would be ordering new parts, but did not give other info. It has been over a week, I have tried calling and they do not answer their office phone. This is the second time I have had to use Richards Maytag for appliance repair through Lowes , with same results."

"Richards is 52 miles from our house one way so to get any service repair is good. Cal called and said he could come 2 days earlier then planned and we said yes please. Cal came and fixed my washer in 15 minutes. Told me exactly what he did to fix it and was very nice on the phone and in person. I will call Cal again for any repairs we need."
