"Price: Food: I love a boba shop that has boba that taste sweet. The Vietnamese iced coffee had me WIRED. I was up until 330AM binging on Netflix lol. Got my brother the dirty taro and he said it was really good. Service: When we went, the cashier was energetic and genuinely happy. I wish I grabbed his name. He answered my questions about the Dirty Taro and was super helpful. Environment: It’s cute inside. The gigantic bear is always a statement piece. "I’m a regular at the Durango location. I came in this week after not coming for a few weeks, and noticed that some of the staffing has changed. I ordered a few drinks today for my sister and mom who flew in from out of town, since we frequent this place. All of us are fans of their drinks, but unfortunately the drinks were a bit off. The service was ok, not as good as it used to be. The employees are a lot more quiet and don’t have much of a personality. The person on register seemed really quiet, which I’m not used to with how outgoing and welcoming their employees usually are. I will try coming back in the next upcoming weeks, maybe I was just unlucky this time. 12/5/23 REVIEW UPDATE: Turns out I was unlucky the week I came in. I came in again today to order some more drinks, hoping that I wouldn't see the same staff from a few weeks prior. Fortunately, I was greeted by the guy at the register who I always look forward to. Him alongside another female employee are who I typically see during nighttime. The staff's cheerful attitude is what kept me coming back every time. We had a nice conversation and he even remembered my order. I was informed that him and the other main night shift worker don't work together anymore. I hope to see them together again, it's always fun and personable having a chat with those two. He also informed me that the employee who took my order the last time I came in is no longer working for the company. Despite how busy it was tonight, the employees got it down. They were fast and the drink came out as amazing as I remembered. I will be taking my family here again for the holidays! Big thanks to the employees, they're the best!!!!"

"Came in last night after going to Mr. Shota sushi a few stores down. This place was on my daughter’s tiktok and luckily enough we ran into the two workers that were on the same tiktok she saw! The workers are great salespeople, they convinced us to get dirty boba (their most popular item), a strawberry overload and a cake. We decided on tiramisu treasure for the cake. The drinks and cake were beautiful, it looks like they were well put together. The worker offered us a decaf substitution using sparkling water instead, as it was for my daughter who can’t have caffeine. We noticed the workers cleaning the windows and work surfaces constantly. The guy even asked if we wanted our table cleaned before we sat down. I haven’t gotten that kind of good customer service at a cafe in a long time! My daughter is very picky with her boba as well but this place is amazing, will definitely come back. Try the dirty boba if you like sweeter drinks folks!"

"I came in on Saturday morning when it wasn’t too busy. I ordered a thai tea boba per the cashier’s recommendation, and both of the workers did not disappoint. The store looks clean and the place looks well put together. Kudos to the people that put the halloween decorations up, perfect for spooky season. The workers were super sweet from the minute I walked in. Unfortunately, I could not give five stars to this place due to the environment. Although it wasn’t any issue with the workers or music, I heard a loud banging noise in the back area. I was trying to study for my midterm exams and even though it wasn’t constant, it was distracting. I definitely love this place, the quality of the drinks is great and the workers are amazing. If you’re finding a place to study, maybe call in and ask if anything is going on in the back."

"Drinks are similar to most newer high quality boba shops. Unfortunately my bobas were still hard and undercooked. However, this restaurant was exceptionally fast and clean! Not fast enough or clean enough. Just fast and clean, especially for any public place. They made 15 boba cups for everyone in the store in under 10 mins. The men's room also had a baby changing table so dad's feel welcome."
