"At your planet Hollywood, Vegas LOCATION: after waiting for about 10mins in line, the rude lady said icecream to be ordered from outside, then she started taking orders for icecream From people behind us, we waited outside for 15 mins because the kid wanted it and when we called her again, she said wait if you want or go outside. the 5 year old and us still Donot understanding why others got ice cream and we did not."

"It says they open at 10. We got there at 9:58 and waited while looking at the coffee menu as the female Hispanic lady was getting ready. There were 2 other employees but none of them mentioned anything in regards to them opening soon. When it was 10, the same Hispanic lady said, "you know we are close." I reminded her it says they open at 10. She then said, "we open at 10:15." I've been there numerous times in the past and had no issues. But now I know why their rating is like 2.7. I don't know if the owner cares, but the employees need to be properly trained to greet the customers. The McDonald's downstairs had a better customer service."
