"Wow ! Front register team member Ana P has an excellent attitude in ruining a guest day and stay at the Bellagio. Stayed at the Bellagio for over a week. Ordered breakfast on a Saturday morning at Palio Cafe. Asked her a simple question and she answered back in a very rude and unprofessional manner and behavior, and by slamming her hand on the cash register counter. Totally unacceptable attitude and behavior towards its guests. Its not the kind of attitude you would expect from a team member at The Bellagio. In regards to Palio's coffee shop, food choices are great ! Except for the unforgettable unpleasant experience we have encountered with Ana on an early Saturday morning, Palio overall is a good place for a quick meal. Palio coffee shop offers a nice outdoor seating overlooking the Bellagio pool."

"A great place for a Cappuccino and a sweet bite. The chocolate croissant and the Nutella Doughnut were amazing. A nice, British styled coffee shop with amazing views of the Bellagio courtyard and pool! Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!"

"Was looking for a place to use breakfast food credit. Bellagio bakery had massive slow lines but Palio was fairly quick for a breakfast. Coffee was very mediocre but food was good. Enjoyed the breakfast burrito, croissants, chia bowl and muesli."

"Great little cafe in the Bellagio. Perfect for a nonchalant breakfast, and coffee. The avocado toast was good, and the coffee was adequate but not the best in the world (but I'm a coffee snob so take that with a grain of salt lol). The staff were very friendly which was delightful."

"Came here for coffee and small breakfast. They had a good line going when we walked in. Coffee tasted very good and we got the avocado toast. The avocado toast was very very good. I will be back for another round. They had a very nice outdoor seating area. It was very relaxing."
