"Starbucks has never recovered from the pandemic. Pike Place coffee, their most reliable brand, now tastes terrible and they haven't returned creamer and sugar to the outside tables. This is an update about this terrible coffee shop. I went in this morning, Mar 5 2024 asked for Veranda, told I'd have to wait, not brewed, asked for Pike Place, not brewed. What!! "It happens" she said. No brewed coffee at a Starbucks!! Tell me Starbucks isn't finished."

"I visited on 14 February 2024 and received Excellent Service. I ordered the : Chocolate Hazlenut Cookie Coldbrew w/ 3 LC's via the App , When I arrived my order was ready in the Pickup Area. I loved the way my drink tasted and it was exactly the way I ordered it. I will definitely be a returning visitor again!!"

"There's nothing better than ordering ahead and zipping through the drive thru, giving my first name and getting my drink without waiting. The staff here is so friendly and always treats me with kindness and greets me like they're happy to serve me."

"November 11 at 2:24 PM What kind of customer service who argues with customer that orders the same exact drinks almost every day for years (many times in this location)? The cashier in this location demonstrated such a poor customer service. Do not tell me I didn’t say what i said, and next time deescalate the situation instead of going back and forth with your customer just to prove what you thought you heard was right (there goes your training). Either this poor lady was trained poorly or she posses a bad customer service."

"Super friendly staff, drink was made with special care and tasted amazing. The butter croissant was amazing too. The only draw back was the line to get in was poorly designed. It created two lines in opposite directions which caused several near accidents and multiple angry people and honking. That part is super annoying but the rest was nice."
