"The lady behind the counter (Sheila) was extremely rude. She gave us a very nasty attitude because we weren't familiar with the different mochas. We clearly said the salted carmel mocha drinks and even pointed at the huge picture of it on the sign. I figured she might be having a rough morning so I apologized for not being specific and tried to chit chat to lighten her mood, since we were the only people in line, but her behavior did not change. She just put our drinks at the end of the counter and said "you can get your order over there" and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Horrible customer service..."
