"Average Dunkin shop. I was only in there to get a gift card but waited 20 minutes. They didn't seem busy but it took a minute. The ladies were pleasant."

"Lately everytime I order something on my app I have a problem. If I order a baked item, I get to the window and they tell me they don't have it. Answer is always I can give you a donut. Everytime my order was for something more than a classic donut. The app is not updated well enough to actually order anything but drinks. This location seems to be out of everything in the afternoons. Especially the special items are always out of stock. I've stopped going to this location. I will pay a little more and go to Starbucks."

"1/1/24 - 6pm. Place is freezing cold. All the tables and seats are dirty and the store in disarray. The lone employee seemed overwhelmed, but with plenty of spare time to read her phone. I’m not likely to return."

"Our favorite Dunkin' location. They have the same menu and same slow service as every other Dunkin' but this one has very friendly staff, a large sitting area, and it's very clean. We probably go there once or twice a week. I like their Pumpkin Lattes. They're a little sweet but tasty. Much better than another major chain. If you go to Dunkin' regularly you should get their app. They have some decent promotions."

"I was so excited to try Dunkin Donuts after not having them for a while and this experience made me realize why I stopped going. I waited in a super long line that was taking forever, just to get to the speaker and have the headset person be rude and rush me like I was an inconvenience. All I ordered was a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and a medium iced coffee with sugar and cream. Everything was just awful. The coffee was the most bitter thing I’ve ever tasted, the hash browns were all mushed together and cold, and the sandwich was soggy and the croissant was really floppy. This has to be the worst food and drink I’ve ever had. I tried to fix the coffee but even with more sugar, it’s was horrible and bitter. I should have read the reviews before coming to this location. I will not be returning"
