Edible Arrangements

"Bad reviews for a reason. My girlfriend tried surprising me with an edible arrangement delivery for our 2 year anniversary and they never delivered it and never told her they couldn’t deliver it. Leaving her in the dust and annoyed to just go pick up in person at another location. Do not chose the delivery option they will not deliver on time or at all."

"I placed an order for Valentine's Day on Monday Feb. 12th and paid the extra $14.99 delivery fee. The amount for my whole order came out of my bank account asap but my order was never delivered on Valentines Day. I called all day the next day and no one picked up at the store or on the customer service line. I also emailed in a complaint that never got a response either. I called again on Friday and finally got an answer from someone who said she remembered my name and she said it was delivered the day before (it wasn't) I called back a few hours later and talked to another lady who said it would be delivered by 7pm. I get a call from the delivery driver at 8pm saying that no one was at the house so he was leaving it outside because he wasn't going back to the store. Smh. Horrible customer service. It was my first time ordering and definitely my last. Dont waste your time or money here."

"I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and ordered it at 1:12 am on Valentines morning in enough time and it never got delivered on Valentine’s Day nor the next day . Nobody ever called me to reschedule the delivery when I called the store to check on my order out of the thousand times I called I got to speak to a live person once which told me my order was being worked on at the moment but never was . On my tracking app it always stayed at the store received my order never went on further from that . No one answers when you call customer care it just gets directed back to one of the stores line which no one ever answers. Extremely bad customer service and they don’t deliver but still take your money out of your account. T"

"Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother for Valentine’s Day a week and a half before the date. Today is Valentine’s Day it says the order has been out for delivery since 11:30 this morning. She still has yet to receive her order!!!! I called for 2 hours straight and finally talked to someone who said it would be delivered by 9PM. Here it is 9PM and still no order!!!! Very poor customer service I will never order from this location again!!!!"

"Ordered same day delivery for a coworker, order didn't come that day and when we called the message said it was closed (7pm) Called in the morning and was told I'd be called back, then wasn't. Called again and was told the driver "didn't want to deliver so late" the previous day but we'd get it today. Driver said then said he tried to take it to the billing address but it was a condo- it wasn't , billing address was my home and I would have seen them on my ring camera, they finally delivered it and we had to take it to the coworker ourselves because they didn't work that day. Terrible experience, terrible customer service."
