"Did order online. For a "Mom and Pop" shop, the site was very user friendly and simple. After I placed the order, I realized I needed to modify the order and I called the store directly. Tim, the owner, already new who I was when I gave him my name and was happy to make the changes I wanted, and I requested very specific changes. He even asked me if I wanted a specific time of delivery! To make things better, I left 2 voicemails at midnight with more modifications to make Tim's job harder. My girl was very satisfied and surprised. And she even replied to my witty greeting card (with Tim's modifications, including my last-minute midnight voicemail additional instructions!).
