Edible Arrangements

"My sister ordered flowers for me today for my birthday and this is what I received. Rotten flowers !!! And some bad strawberries. Thanks for ruining such a thoughtful surprise. Update: I drove to the location same day as my sister had tried all day to contact them by phone because they had charged her for the base and flowers were not delivered with a base. I called them and nobody answered so I drove there to have them exchange the flowers. When I arrived the girl acted surprised “oh what happened to those” like mold doesn’t happen in a couple of hours. So, I explained my sister paid for a base as well and she tried blaming the lack of base on the doordash driver. She gave me “new”flowers. Which were not in the best shape but at least didn’t have mold I didn’t want to argue but definitely was highly disappointed. The strawberries were also moldy so I didn’t eat them. I don’t know how this business is running like that. The “new” flowers looked awful by the next day I will post pictures. It’s so sad. I received other flowers from a flower shop in Edina and those are still in great condition. The quality of service and product of edible arrangements is the worst I have ever experienced. I’m leaving the review she requested while I was at the store. I’m so sorry it was not a positive one unfortunately my experience lacked quality."

"Horrible!!! Paid for guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day, nothing got delivered. Attempted to contact the business online about this and no reply. I tried again a couple days later, this time asking for a refund. Still no reply. 2 weeks later I have to call again to ask for a refund as nothing was ever delivered. Do not use this company, you won't get anything."

She made me feel like my order mattered and took the time to make sure that she entered in the correct bouquet for my order AND double checked the spelling/grammar in the personalized message for my order.
