"We got snubbed at Hugs! We were frequent customers but we won't go back due to the service. Had to wait for the server to take her time to come out from the back then she shamed us with a snotty, "just so you know, you can only have 2 tastes." Then she served the people behind us before taking my daughter's order incorrectly. The ice cream is delicious but not worth being insulted. Thanks, I'll go to Rite Aid."

"Very dissapointing! Waited in line for 30min. Once we got to the front with 4 kids they gave us 2 scopes only and said they were out. They had 12 boxes of icecream right there between us. I asked why they couldnt serve us any of that. They said it was frozen!!! They were not joking and we were left with very sad kids. We split the 2 scopes we had so all kids got a taste."

Showed up at 8:31 and your employee had closed and was rude to multiple customers who stated the hours were posted as 9PM on the website. Her response was to close the window and turn away. Update at 8:45. Looks like some friends of the employee showed up and we’re let right in for some ice cream. Bummer…"
