"I placed a floral order for delivery for a dear friend for her birthday. Never heard that she received something so I checked the order the next morning and the order was canceled. Called customer service and was told that I needed to talk to the Brooklyn Park Floral Department but they were probably closed but was transferred anyway? So called directly to Floral Department at 7:30 am and was told that if they don't have the product to fulfill the order it's cancelled. Why didn't someone call me and let me know? She said she was sorry that happened. Would I like to place another order? Unfortunately not likely after this happened. So I asked for a refund and was told that oh for sure if the order was canceled I would get a refund. Very poor customer service in many ways."
