"Please be aware that you will not be contacted when your order was ready. When contacting customer service, I was met with a passive aggressive response shifting the blame on me and trying to make me feel bad for trying to cancel my order. Whatever. I go into the store and one of the staff was not wearing a mask despite COVID regulations. The vase and arrangement I ordered was lovely, but the flowers died within two days. Not impressed with the quality of flowers and the service for how expensive it all was. Would not recommend."

"Great shop with really talented staff but parking is an issue. You park far and have to walk a lot to get to the store and the. walk back with flowers and its a bit difficult. So not the best location. I lost my car mid winter and was running around in the snow with a giant bouquet of flowers... but the flowers were nice so theres that"

"3 1/2-4 stars for a lovely bouquet. Zero stars for rude rude behavior from the manager. I had placed my order over the phone. The gal I spoke to was very helpful and promised to get the bouquet made quickly so my son in law could pick it up and deliver it to our daughter. They had just delivered their first baby the day before. Upon my daughter's discharge, my son in law picked up the vase to transport it home. It shattered in his hand leaving him with a large gash. Instead of taking his family home, he ended up in the ER needing several stitches. To prevent this from happening to someone else, he called the store to notify them of the faulty vase. There were no apologies, instead the manager told him that once the flowers leave the store they are no longer responsible for them- implying that it wasn't a faulty vase but that someone else had done something to it. Very poor customer support. We cannot recommend this florist and will never use them again!"
