"Twice in two weeks flowers that have been ordered online are not at the correct store. Not sure if this is an error on the website or what the problem is. The first time the teenager working at the store on Louise avenue store was so rude and didn't even attempt to help me find what store my order had went to, instead I called every store until I found them. The only reason I gave a 3 is because the woman working at the 10th street local this morning was extremely helpful and stated she would track down the order and get the flowers to me later in the day. I've spent well over $100 dollars in flowers this month at HyVee with less than satisfactory service and results overall."
