"Very disappointed to find out that they aren't filling the cup. They are leaving the center hollow. Not filling the cup with the amount of product, charging alot and receiving a little. Will not return. Yogurt beach from now on. Don't waste your time at berry yogurt people."

"The ice cream and smoothies are fantastic but on 2 occasions they have refused to make smoothies for us because they said it takes too long to clean up and they were closing soon. One time it was 7:50pm which ok, I wasn’t happy because we only drove to legends from Spanish springs to get smoothies but I guess I understood. The second time we were there at 7:35pm and they still refused to make smoothies for the same reason. There are no notices that say no smoothies after a certain time and how long can it possibly take to clean a blender and maybe a cutting board. We always get the same girl and she’s also not the friendliest server. Never going again just to disappoint my kids who are excited to get smoothies."

"The girl was very bland and rude while ordering. She was acting like we were a hassle to do our order when nobody else was there to order. Then take a couple bites and notice the whole middle is empty. Not sure why they would do this. Guess its hard to find good workers these days."

"Walked up at the Fresh Berry at Scheels in Sparks, Nevada at 8:30 pm. There was a hand written note on the door that said, "Be back in 15 minutes." So we sat put side and waited. At 8:41pm a girl inside the yogurt cafe walk up from behind the counter, looked outside at us and other people waiting, pulled the sign off the door and turned the "open" sign off. No hours of operation are posted on the door and online it says they close at 11pm on Saturdays. Poor service."

"Great yogurt place! Very similar to Pinkberry, except they use dairy products. Maybe same chain? Enjoyed a refreshing Tart yogurt with blackberries and strawberries. I had to get used to the flavor because I’m used to Pinkberry which is more tart and less creamy. But it was very good! Will definitely go back!"
