"What is going on with this location? Ordered the spring donuts and they are a mess. The person who made these clearly did not care and for over $20 I would expect them to look as advertised. They also looked and tasted like they were made days ago. Very disappointed."

"Ordered St. Patrick day donuts before being sold. Had a pick up time. I went there and was sorry there not ready come back in a hour. So I did and was told sorry we are out. So we paid for these $10 more and you sold all without making our order. So I wanted my money back and the was told sorry that can't happen until later in the day. So I call the main headquarters. The said my order should had been made and waiting. They gave me the money back not the store."

"I am going to start this review with a quick preface. I grew up in North Carolina where Krispy Kreme actually started. The donuts were phenomenal and we were always excited when we got home from school and my mom had brought a dozen assorted from the Krispy Kreme shop. Fast forward 30 years and what the hell has happened? I bought a dozen assorted and everyone one of the cream filled donuts, 3 in total, had little to no cream in them at all. 1 of them literally had zero cream. The other 2 barely had any at all, bordering on none. What has happened to quality control? You charge $17.99 for 12 donuts and you can't even put a halfway decent amount of cream in the donuts? If I wanted just dough with chocolate then I would buy chocolate glazed or just glazed. This is sad to say the least and yeah the last time I will ever purchase donuts from Krispy Kreme. Damn near $20 bucks and this is your product? You should be ashamed and I am willing to bet this is a common place occurrence. Never again Krispy Kreme."

"They quality is not worth the money. These look worse then gas station doughnuts. Ordered a simple 12 pack and half my doughnuts came with half frosting on them. If your going to be the most expensive doughnut shop in the country charging about $25 for a 12 pack then I at least expect my doughnuts to be fully covered with the frosting."

"I am a big fan of Krispy Kreme all the way. I love their donuts and especially when they are hot and fresh! Unfortunately, this morning experience I had at Krispy Kreme was just horrible. I had arrived around 5:40 AM to get some donuts for our clients that come in at work. The sign and website says they open at 5:30 AM which is perfect since I started at 6. I came up to the door and it was locked. The lights were on and I see the employees walking back and forth, so I knocked. They saw me, ignored me and continued doing what they were doing. So I sat in my car til 6:10 AM when they finally opened the door. Went in and was just served by the worst attitude and customer service ever. It felt like he did not like his job too much, but unfortunately I promised my job I would bring donuts because if not I would have definitely walked out and have gotten donuts somewhere else. I love Krispy Kreme but this experience was just very poor and it should never be like this no matter what. Early bird till closing, pride should be taken in your job and great the customers with best service consistently."
