"The prices here are more than twice what they are near my home in Monterey, which isn't exactly known for its cheap anything. I guess I expect a casino company to gouge all customers, but their bad reputation has now splashed onto Starbucks."

"I had been coming to Starbucks throughout my stay at this hotel and everything was okay the first few times. Most of the times I payed with card but this one time I decided to pay with cash and that was when I was informed by the employee that they had a coin shortage and I was like okay thats fine. My total for one drink was 9.80 and my change back was supposed to be 0.20 cents and when the employee didn't find those 0.20 cents in the cash register. That's when she took the tip box and slammed it down on to the cashier box flinging the 3 dollar bills in there onto the register. That is when she started looking for 0.20 cents from inside the tip box but with some sort of anger and frustration. At the end I ended up telling her to keep my 0.20 cents because of how angered she seemed. I get its frustrating to take out from your own tip but you also shouldn't reflect those negative feelings onto the customer and work you do just because you could not find 0.20 cents in the register. I personally think the prices are also too high as well."

"I may seem like a jerk but it's 10 past 6 and people have been lined up well before now...still not open. They have a monopoly on moderately palatable coffee within walking distance, but I swear the more people that gather, the slower they move. Terrible avoid if you can. Otherwise standard Starbucks fare...meh"

"I have been to many Starbucks over the years but never seen a place like this. This is the Starbucks in the Nugget Casino in Spark, NV. A barista uses a whip cream container, she hangs the container on edge of a trash container(see attached picture. I circled). After seen that, I walked out of the place. That makes think twice to go visit any Starbuck again. Is this how Starbucks trains their employees? After many many years of their customer I am so disappointed. I hope they change their training procedure so this type of incident do not occur"
