We have CarShield which pays for such repairs, however, the gentlemen working that day, November 10th, 2023, said he wouldn't even look at the vehicle without $500.00 upfront and then any repairs or parts needed we have to pay him and seek reimbursement from CarShield ourselves. In addition, the man was rude and clearly lazy."
