"I had a replacement cooktop that was shipped to me by my home warranty program. 2 days later, completely unannounced, at 7:25am, the “installers” were at my door. I rushed to get all the pots and pans out from underneath so they could do their work. After about 20 seconds, I was told “I’m sorry, but you’ll need to have an electrician come out and modify the wiring to accommodate this new unit. I put it off but finally resolved myself to get it done. I checked out appliance installers and found RR installations. I asked that email is best for me and sure enough, my phone never rang and the entire project was taken care of solely by email. I set up a time which was only a few days out. “Zack and Brad” arrived right on time and got right to work. They said they can take care of everything easily. As it turns out, there was just the slightest difference in the size so the two had the opening resized within 15 minutes. I will request RR installations for absolutely everything I can.
