"Honestly, over the years I feel like Oakley has slipped. They used to be A1 5star customer service. Ordered my daughter a pair of prescription glasses. Was told it was be 2 week but most likely less. If they came in early we could come to get them. Call on a Friday to see if they are in. Yes they are in but because their optician is away we can’t pick them up. So we have to wait for 4 days to get them. THIS IS A PRESCRIPTION, not normal sunglasses. Instead of finding a solution we get excuses excuses. Anywhere else if you order prescription glasses if they come in you can pick them up. Order from Warby Parker, they ship them to you. Order from LensDirect, they ship them to you. You don’t have to see the optician. AFTER WAITING 4 DAYS, we walk in to get them, they get handed over and that’s it. What was so magical about having to wait for the optician?!?!?? Was not even informed of this when we bought the glasses that we would have to wait to pick them up when their magical optician was there. COMMUNICATION IS KEY TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. Honestly after being a customer of Oakley since I was 15, 33 years later, and with more than 45 pairs of Oakleys in my collection, this will be my last Oakley purchase. You guys failed."
