"Appalling lack of professionalism and customer service. I ended up going cancelling my appointment and going somewhere else. This business should not be advertising online if they do not want to help guide people through their suit making process and details. I asked over the phone what the typical process and what details to expect in a bespoke suit, and I received no help. I gave you the detailed specs and design of a suit I was looking for and received no help or comments on pricing through email. Weeks after this, you finally give me a price range right before the appointment telling me that you can't do it for me, because the preferred budget I gave you was a complete guess of what your suits would cost and ended up being too low. I could have easily increased the amount of money spent on a suit, and I was hoping you would convince me of doing so. However, your lack of professionalism and help tells me you don't want me to come in. The employee I was speaking to was Nestor Esplana. I can tell Paul D' Marco holds his business in high regard, but these actions fall far short than what you advertise. If you want to be treated like a distasteful commoner, then this is the place for you."
