"Bill at the tire center did an above and beyond job getting us back on the road. They didn't have the tire size I needed, but Bill and Ryan tried to figure out how to get them. We eventually got the tires I needed, and they made it happen. Super happy, miles from home."

"Not the best experience with Costco. Generally I have never had anything but amazing interactions. Was out of town for a conference and ended up with a giant screw in a tire. No other tire shops open on Sunday. Would have to sit at the store for an entire day to get new tires so asked to have them help with the spare. Called shortly after they got my keys I let them know what was needed but no estimate given on how long it would take. Waited over an hour, no one contacted me to say it was done. Finally went to the desk, they pulled out my form and key we walked out discovering that the car had been ready for almost an hour."

"Best place for any tire service in Carson. Rest of the places just quote crazy high prices. For a Tesla Seasonal tire change Las schwab $200, Discount Tire $160. Costco did it in $60 and they accept Walk ins!! Never going to any other place."

"Rude workers. Wait times are ridiculous. I’ve never had a pleasant experience going into our local Costco tire center by myself. However; if my significant other is with me they are pleasant which is BS. I will definitely be getting my tires elsewhere once my warranty is up and I need new ones."
