"Best auto shop with the kindest people. These are people you can trust and who treat you like a friend or family member. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! I was having a terrible day after a snow berm collapsed, trapping my car. Some well-meaning neighbors helped free my car, but at the expense of damaging my trunk (it wouldn't close). I took my car to their shop and while they didn't have the part I needed, still tried their best to straighten the mangled piece. I found the part in Reno and brought the car back later that day. They installed it for me, including adding a few washers to keep it secure. When I asked the cost, they didn't charge me. Said they didn't mind helping me out. What started as a stressful day ended with me feeling grateful for the kindness of the people in Tahoe, and especially at F.H.P. Automotive. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! Whenever I need a car repair, they will have my business!"
