"Use this florist at your own risk. I ordered 2 Mother’s Day floral arrangements that I chose from their website. To be specific, a bright colorful bouquet in a lime green vase, the Spring Delight Bouquet @ 44.95 each. I was told they might have to substitute some flowers due to the high demand, I agreed with the stipulation with NO lilies due to allergies. They took my phone number in case of any problems. They sent two small pastel bouquets in in clear pastel vases. One of which contained a Lily. After calling and expressing my valid dissatisfaction about not being called over the inappropriate substitutions, the excuse was a busy holiday, with fewer choices and no reason for not contacting me and telling me my choice was not available. I was finally offered a refund on my order of $115.81 minus delivery fees, which I agreed to. I was extremely surprised to find out that they refunded me $13.50. I am obviously unhappy with the dishonest way this was handled. I feel that they had the opportunity to do the right thing, at every step, and decided not to. If you order from them, do it only in person, and deliver them yourself. Better yet, don’t."

"UPDATE: I dropped this one-star because I left this review AND tried to contact them through their website. I never received a response to either. With the customer service we experienced on this order, I guess I am not surprised. I ordered Mother's Day flowers online for my 90-year-old mom, because I live six-hours away. She is, essentially, a shut-in and has some difficulty getting around. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on a Friday. I left specific instructions to leave them in the garage and mom knew to look out for them. That way she would not have to get up quickly to answer the door. Friday, no flowers. Saturday, no flowers. They call my mom on Sunday about noon and tell her that they tried all day Saturday to deliver the flowers and no one was home! She got her flowers on Sunday at 4 PM. You messed up once, don't try to cover it up by lying. She would have been fine with "we messed up and we will be right over with your flowers." Very disappointed. I used to order from Wy's with no issues and decided to give Flowers By US a try... What a mistake."
