"Work camp for beet workers. Not much of a campground, but clean bathrooms & hot water showers. Good enough for staying during harvest."
"5 Stars!! Bravo to Rick and Tammie Womack for making a comfortable and welcoming experience of the Sugar Beet Harvest for me in my first year. These 2 are the hardest working campground hosts I've ever encountered. They try their best to accommodate nearly any situation. Thank you!"
"Affordable but not many amenities. Warm Shower house/ restroom, 20/30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash. Highway noise but not too loud for us."
"Very nice & clean park"
"This has got to be one of the worst campgrounds I've ever been in. Of course, I was there for the sugar beet Harvest and not there during the summer. I'll give it that maybe it's nicer in the summer? It's basically just a grass field with some trees and hookups coming out of the ground. Again, this was off-season but it was grungy. The bathrooms were in a metal shed and it was hard to get to the door because there were people plugged in and camped right outside the bathroom door. Not in a designated camp spot. Obviously, at this time of year there's no camp host. I was impressed that they have water on at the sites in November. Bathrooms were extremely dirty and smelled of cigarettes despite the big sign saying no smoking on the door. The showers had push-buttonoperation which came out cold, got lukewarm and then right before it went off it would turn hot. If you let it run off, it would start out cold all over again. I had just come from a campground about 85 miles south which was much nicer so this was kind of a shock. I will avoid this Campground in the future at all costs."
