"By far the worst laundromat I've ever. 95 of the washing machines are broken along with the dryers. Change machine doesn't work. Highly recommend just driving to Park Rapids to do your laundry."

"This place is by far the WORST laundry mat in existence. Most machines are out of order and have been that way for several years. Even the machines that are supposed to work DON'T. Take your laundry to Park Rapids. It looked like the owner dosent care just wants your money."

"Not a good laundry. Most washing machines broken. Only three working. Dollar bill changer broken. One machine looked like it would work, put in $3.00 and would not start. Called owner, was out of town. Said he would send a lady over to refund our money. She did call us back promptly and told us if we waited 3 hours she would refund our money, are you kidding, told her to donate it to another patron. Stay away from this business. Bad news."

"There is only 3 working washers in this place. Every washer has out of order sign on it. I was here a couple days ago an some were about of order. An now all but 3. Looks like no attempt to repair them. There clearly in no hurry to fix them.. I actually really like this laundry mat. But won't be coming back . We travel for work an this is by far the worst as far as a the maintenance issues"
