"I had hail damage this fall and needed a full roof replacement. I worked with Jeremy from Valiant Roofing and I was so happy with the results. First of all, they were able to get me in during a window of great weather so my roof was replaced immediately after the insurance adjuster estimated the damage. Jeremy walked me through the process of making a claim as I had never been through this experience before. He responded very quickly with the many questions I had. They used a very highly rated shingle and the crew did a great job picking up after they were done. I really don't think it could have gone any better!"

"Worst company ever - so unethical it makes me sick to think about it! They quoted me a price before starting the work and after they came back saying it was 3x more but not to worry as insurance is covering it. They didn't feel they did anything wrong. When they did - they quoted a price to me so I went with them even though I had other companies around the same price. If I had known they would screw my insurance company as they did I would have never went with them. They also billed me for things they never did and had I not gone thru the invoice and what the insurance would cover I would have gave them even more money. Worst experience ever. So unethical! The sub contractors they used were great and did a great job ... but Valiant is awful, unethical, and down right terrible people to deal with."
