"My go to guy is Herlen!! He’s such a burst of energy, and you’ll feel like you’re talking to a long time friend. My first experience was so amazing, I’ve never went anywhere else. I cracked my iPhone 13 screen and it also had water damage, I was so concerned that it was beyond repair, but Herlen took away any of those doubts. The service is quick, yet very efficient. He also has the smile of an angel and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. 10/10 highly recommended!!"

"Dropped my HP Envy 360 off on a Thursday due to the power button not working, computer wouldn’t turn on. I read that this is common with these HP’s. Anyway, they told me they could have it ready by the following Tuesday. They ended up having it ready by Wednesday morning and the cost was a FRACTION of what you’d pay with the BB Geek Squad. I researched what people were paying for soldering on a new power (thingy) to the motherboard and seriously, they charged me 1/3 of what folks were paying at BB. Communication could have been a little better but the price and workmanship is what is important to me. They earned my returned business. I give them a solid A-."

"Really good people and hard workers. Worked with me and my budget and did everything possible to make sure I left the store with a functional computer. There's no doubt this man took a loss on parts to make sure I didn't have to spend anymore time without a PC which I need for college. He spent 2-3 hours working directly with me. I'll be going to Logitium again in the future - can't recommend this place enough. They fix pretty much everything aside from TVs so check them out!"
