"TLDR: Chris went above and beyond to turn my Coach experience around. I initially went shopping at a different Coach location up the road & across the way.. we thought we had a good experience until I got home and started unboxing. There was a scratch/blemish on one of the bags hardware. And some of the tags we requested to be engraved came out very muddled. I called the MoA Coach store and got transferred to Chris, we discussed my concerns & an even exchange for the blemished bag. None of the locations had the bag in stock, so they went out of their way to have one shipped in for me to look over since I wasn't in a huge rush. I ended up meeting Chris when I went to pick up my new bag and their level of customer service, attention to detail, and personable demeanor (all while having a good amount of foot traffic come through the door) should be recognized. My experience with Coach did a 180° and I left very pleased with the exchange and the other hiccups they ironed out."

They were not only polite, discerning, and approachable, but they were not judgeful at all! This was refreshing as someone who has not always had the best experiences at designer shops. "While in MN, I stopped in the Coach store in Mall of America to see if they happen to have a lavender strap for my crossbody I had lost. I was spoken to very condescending. The sales person was very rude. Even thought I was dressed very casual, as I was on vacation with my family, I was still a customer. I do own several Coach bags, and purchase from my store in Houston often."
