After taking it to the House of Vacuums, Eric took a really good look at both and explained that even though they were underperforming, they still worked well enough to use. He went into detail what was working well and then explained what vacuum cleaners worked best. No charge whatsoever for this, will will 100% buy a vacuum from there once I use these for a bit longer! They also take trade ins! Great customer service and amazing knowledge"
