"Ron the owner is devoid of customer service. Consequently he has untrained staff that make mistakes. I called three times to ensure same day service. I turned in clothes on Wednesday afternoon and was assured they would be ready by 4 pm Thursday. They were not. They were set to be returned several days later. Ron argued and had a convoluted response. He put the customer on defense trying to explain the timing. Another customer Christensen witnessed Skyline’s failure and shared his frustration with service and asked I also share his experience. Yes I got the clothes the next day after three trips. Paid full price. ZERO apology. Was a nice visit to Minneapolis. One rotten experience. Customer beware AP"
