"I couldn't give a negative star so I tried to leave it blank. I dropped off my suits as a first time customer last week. Was helped by a sweet Mexican lady that told me I could have them Sewn to Fit after they were cleaned and I could pay all at once. Come in a week later to a white lady. Presumably the owner. I explained to her 2 things. I want them sewn and i want to be measured. She ignored all of that and said well this is 127 dollars. To get them sewn is gonna cost hundreds of dollars. So I repeated what I wanted and she continued to ignore my need and went back to the price as if i can't afford it. It felt very condescending she never took my measurements or apologized for being a uppity condescending prejudice you know what. And I know what some of y'all are thinking . "why do they always play the race card." My answer is why do some of y'all still keep the card in the deck to be played?" Never going back here again. And if you are a person of color or are down with the movement you will find another place to go to."

"I brought in my expensive curtains to be cleaned. They accepted them with no questions asked. When they were returned, the backing was torn and they are two inches shorter. The owner said they noticed the torn backing after cleaning and tried to press it. Shrinkage has a waiver, she pointed out. However, she did not bother to inform me. At a minimum, one would hope they would point out there had been a problem and not charge me at pick up. Nope, instead, I had to discover it. Only when I called did she offer to refund the cleaning cost. Curtains cost far more than the cleaning cost. Mine are ruined. I would not trust another expensive item to be cleaned here."

They're 3 blocks from me and I always try to keep my biz in the neighborhood.. I could go on and on.. (but I won't).. Very highly recommended business."

"My stuff was cleaned, pressed and ready on time. It's a little pricey but the service was great and I love supporting green, local businesses. They even gave my dog treats when I picked up my cleaning. I'm going back next time I need stuff cleaned."
