"I wish this was a better outcome. Do not be fooled by their fancy interior which looks nothing like a working dry cleaners does. First, we consistently have found the customer service at the location closest to us slow and rude. They are more expensive than most other companies. We use a different company now for dry cleaning delivery and pick up. But many high end vendors suggest this company is good for more expensive garments. They ruined a garment of mine, and though I was not seeking compensation, they would not even look at the garment. I work in a different city so I was unable to get it back to them in a timely manner. I'd have appreciated even a thought about why the garment came back in such a terrible state. They did not even return a call. They actually would not even look at the garment. I had to email their offices. So beware, if you want something done properly and a company that stands behind their work, this is not it."

"The staff at Mulberrys is friendly, the building/lobby is clean, and the dry cleaning services are high quality and efficient. I’ve also used them a couple of times for clothing repair and I’ve always been happy with the results. It’s not the least expensive option for garment care in town, but I definitely notice a difference in quality over the dry cleaners I’ve used in the past. As an added bonus, Mulberrys has high-quality wooden hangers and my closet is now full of them!"

"Poor customer service. High prices. No quality control, they let the customer discover the damage and then give you a hard time solving the problem. The recent answer from the business owner is just an attempt to convince others they care when they don't. I already gave up on this business and want nothing else, no attempt to repair, no paying for what they destroyed, but simply a credit to the cost of cleaning the suede jacket (not shirt) but not even that they seem to be able to be able and willing to do. They had the jacket, they looked at it, they saw it was destroyed. Enough pretending and lying. Added some photos to show what what I'm talking about. This was originally a dark navy blue suede jacket..."
