"Last year we hired Tyler to mow for the season and paid per mowing. We were happy with his services and professionalism. This season we paid upfront for the season with the agreement of regular weekly mowings. Multiple times we had to reach out to Tyler because the lawn hadn't been mowed. The delays were not due to the weather. One time his guy had simply forgotten. After a lot of frustration (and multiple missed mowings) Tyler said that he would credit us for the missed mowings towards fall clean-up. A couple of days before Oct. 1st we received a letter that his business was closing. When I reached out to ask if he was still going to honor the fall clean-up that he owed us, he said no. All of his equipment has been sold."
