"We have always used this business and Terry is fantastic. Now his wife is involved with business and handles the billing and calls. She is very unprofessional and rude. We were given a verbal estimate and when the bill came it was almost 1000 over when I questioned why we were not contacted and told about this amount over estimate she got very rude and then demanded that we could only pay cash for services otherwise she would not release report. Here is a business that charges over 3000 dollars for up to spec updates and doesnt take credit cards and refuses to take a check because we questioned how they handled the business. Yeah will never use again and will tell everyone i know about this experience. It is sad that Angie has ruined this get business."
"We have nothing but excellent service from them! We stumble upon them when we had pump trouble this summer and they took the time to go through everything and explain the issues we had. He finished up the work on a holiday weekend also. Just had to have them come out again for a back up due to our builder installation issues and they fixed it in 5 minutes. I feel they are honest and are priced very fair!"
