"I worked for Marsden cleaning Infinite Campus for 3 months as my first job. My manager said nothing to my defense when I was accused by the building owner of stealing an employee’s charger cord. The customer requested I do not re-enter the building, my manager never gave me a reason as to why I couldn’t be relocated to a different building. I asked my manager to see the footage of me taking the charger, no response. Israel Jiminez (my manager) fired me over the phone, after me being out of work for a week. The only information I had for a week was that HR would be contacting me, and that I couldn’t come into work. HR never reached out. I only ever heard from my manager when he called to fire me. I did not steal the cord. I was charging my phone at an office desk & came back later for my phone (something I had done often in emergency and never had an issue). I would love to see the security camera footage but it isn’t looking like I will ever hear from this company again."
"Working for this Marsden has been a disheartening experience. The low pay leaves employees struggling to make ends meet, compounded by the absence of sick time, which adds stress when health issues arise. The lack of support from management fosters a negative work environment, making it difficult for employees to thrive. Overall, it's a disappointing workplace that fails to prioritize the well-being of its team."
"Cesar Dominguez zangano the supervisor for a wells fargo I was cleaning was harassing me through messages on snapchat and wrongfully terminated me because he was angry that I had told HR about him yelling at me while I was working and verbally harassing me. Had worked there for almost 3 years and he had barely started working there not even a year in. He would call me through the company phone to tell me if I wanted to do stuff with him and told me to be careful on what I sent him through messages. His background history has that he's had 4 dwi's and suspended licenses. I had asked him to give me another building and he told me I couldn't because of my driving record."
"I was working at this company a few months ago and the supervisor named Israel Jiménez in Blaine never paid me for my last week even though I put in my last two weeks before quitting, even though I went to where the company was located and talked to him. He also discriminated against a mentally ill coworker calling her “weird” I do not recommend working for this company"
"They cannot complain that people are not applying for jobs. I have scheduled a video interview with them two times now. One time last friday, in which I waited a half hour and finally gave up because no one came in on the video meeting. I rescheduled for today and waited over 20 minutes in the video and again no one joined the meeting. They have all these automated emails and texts that come to you and you verify that you're going to be there for the meeting but they never show. So disappointing since I really wanted to earn some extra money."
