"Very glad Jon was able to come in on a Sunday. Drain was backed up after doing laundry and flooded the room. We were all panicked. He was there within 45 mins and knew what the problem right away and was able to clear the block. Thank you Jon!! Communication was very good too from the company. We got email notifications on the time and the person coming in. There was tracking information and a little introduction (including a photo) about the person and his hobbies, which provided a personal touch. All good customer service tips. I haven't seen that in other places so glad to see them being creative :)"
