"Terrible service. Can't get a service appointment, and when you do, they don't show up. Complete disregard for longstanding customers. I gave them a pass through the pandemic, but nothing's improved. I'm done working with them."

Kristin with Plumbers, Inc came out and fixed both the heat in the bathroom and the frozen hot water line. When the pipes froze again the next day because of the fixed heat, she came out and put in a permanent fix. Every time I've worked with them they have been professional and incredibly helpful. Can't recommend them enough."

When we finally got an appointment, they showed up 3.5 hours after the promised time after we called multiple times to see if they were showing up that day. We needed parts ordered and we never got a follow up call about costs or estimated appointment time. Two weeks later we contacted Plumbers Inc. to tell them we were hiring another plumber."
